This desk compares tours, it does not run them. No booking is taken here, no payment is processed, no seat on a moonlight trolley or a Potomac party yacht is held in your name. Each night tour belongs to its operator, whether that is DC by Foot, Nightly Spirits, Unlimited Biking or City Cruises. If a departure time shifts, a guide cancels or a refund is due, the confirmation email holds the reference number and the operator's contact details, and the live booking page is where any change gets made (start with the FAQ for the usual questions). Free cancellation applies across the roster, which also means refunds and rebookings sit with the operator, not with this site.
